Six Sigma Education & Certification Program Basic Info – OnSite
This Six Sigma Education & Certification Program is designed for individuals and organizations that are embarking in a quest to gain a competitive advantage.? This program follows a structured approach known as DMAIC, which provides participants an organized Six Sigma process improvement methodology.? Participants will learn how to use the applicable Six Sigma tools for each phase of this methodology: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.? We will provide participants practical hands-on skills to identify, analyze and solve problems that are impairing the profitability and competitiveness of an organization.? The ultimate goal of this program is to capacitate participants as Six Sigma process improvement leaders, champions, practitioners, or consultants with a comprehensive and practical Six Sigma body of knowledge.

- Four (4) full ?OnSite days of training
- Six Sigma Certification exam
- Workshops & best-practices sharing
- Binder with printed educational material indexed by topic
- Six Sigma Pocket Guide (a Six Sigma Book)
- Sigma XL statistical software
- Lunches
- Breaks
- Six Sigma Certificate of participation
- Coaching during certification process (for up to 5 months from the beginning of training)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate (by a certified Master Black Belt)
?Note: Achieving certification means that the candidate had reach a high competency and proficiency standard in the use and application of Six Sigma continuous improvements concepts, tools, techniques and skills. Participation in the Six Sigma Green Belt Education and Certification Program does not guarantee the certification of Six Sigma belts candidate. Only the successful completion of the requirements will lead candidates to achieve the desired Six Sigma belt certification. Each Six Sigma belt certification is unique, there is no such thing of a standard Six Sigma certification. Our certified belts make the difference with the results they achieve in their certification projects.

?Training Methodology
Our Six Sigma Program is structured to capacitate participants as Six Sigma Green Belts.? We will offer Green Belt intermediate programs.? This Six Sigma program consist of classroom educational training highly visual and illustrative educational material and presentations.? As course reference material, we will provide student a binder indexed by topic as covered in the class and a quick-reference pocket guide. We will have interactive knowledge and experience sharing discussions between participants and instructors; review questions from the previous session; hands-on simulations, exercises, dynamics and practices to demonstrate concepts and tools.? For the Six Sigma Green Belt training we will incorporate the use of statistical software to perform statistical analysis and tests.
Green Belt Program – Our Six Sigma Green Belt program consist of 32 contact hours and is intended for participants interested in having a protagonist role in process improvement initiatives and projects, as leading and key participating and those who want to become more proficient with Six Sigma taking a more in-depth process to learn these concepts, methodology and tools.? This Green Belt program consists of 4 training sections of 8 hours each session, meeting 1 day per week for 4 weeks. This could be arranged during the week, or weekends.? This level is for any incumbent in a wage or exempt level and requires mathematical, statistical and computer knowledge.? After successful completion this program, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
CERTIFICATION PROCESS ? After successfully completing this program, if participants want to get their ?Green Belt certification, they will have to take and pass a written exam and work on a Six Sigma project.? The role of Green Belts candidates must be as project leaders.?
