Refund Policy (for Books or Products / Goods):

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Cancellation or No-Show

If the “Participant” is making the 1st payment in less than two weeks from the 1st day of the program, based on the terms and conditions (see below), there will be no refund for cancellation or no show. In some cases, the paid amount might be transferred to another course attended within 12 months from the originally scheduled date or transferred to another “new” participant brought in by the “Participant”.

Terms & Conditions:

Please notify us in writing as soon as possible about any substitutions. The registration fee will be refunded less than a 15% processing fee for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the start date of the course. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the course starts will be refunded 50% of the tuition. No refund is offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the course beginning. In some cases, tuition may be transferred to another course attended within 12 months of the originally scheduled date or transferred to another participant. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the order. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by fax or email to the email and fax number below. Full payment is due starting the course.   If exempt from IVU provide form SC2916. Cancellations with credit card payments already processed will be refunded less a 15% processing fee for cancellations. Where a refund is due to a participant a full refund check will be sent within thirty days.

Professional Excellence Corp. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances, environmental climate disturbances, or change instructors at any time. Should this occur a full refund will be provided. Professional Excellence Corp.  is not responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel charges that participants may occur. If a course is canceled every attempt will be made to notify participants 2 days prior to the course. Professional Excellence Corp. has the right to change course fees, dates, content, speakers, or method of presentation at its discretion.

All pending balances must be paid before starting our last class of the current training/program, if payment is not received before our last class, neither of the Lean or Six Sigma, Green or Black Belt or any certificate or certificate of participation nor Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification Exam will be given until total payment is completed.

If a course is overbooked, delegates who have paid prior to the course commencement will be given priority.

Cancelación o “No-Show” (no presentarse):

Si el “participante” está haciendo el pago 1ro en menos de una semana desde el día 1 del programa, basado en los términos y condiciones (ver más abajo), no habrá ningún reembolso por cancelación o “no show”.  En algunos casos, la cantidad pagada puede transferirse a otro curso que valla a asistir dentro de un período de 12 meses de la fecha originalmente prevista o transferirlo a otro participante “nuevo” que asigne el “participante registrado”.

 Cancellation or “No-Show”:

Professional Excellence Corp. se reserva el derecho de cancelar o reprogramar cualquier curso por matrícula baja o circunstancias imprevistas, eventos fuera de control a nivel nacional, disturbios climáticos ambientales en cualquier momento, si esto ocurriera que se proporcionará un reembolso de lo pagado menos 15% de gastos operacionales, o see le ofrecera otras alternativas para su consumo. Professional Excellence Corp.  no es responsable por cualquier penalidad del pasaje aéreo, viajes u otros gastos de participantes que pueden ocurrir. Si algún curso es sobre vendido, los participantes que hayan pagado antes de comenzar el curso tiene prioridad para su espacio, se asignara el espacio en orden de llegada y según paguen será su reservación.

Professional Excellence Corp. reserves the right to admit or change teachers at any time. Professional Excellence Corp. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low tuition or unforeseen circumstances, events out of control nationwide, or environmental weather disturbances at any time, if this occurs that a refund of the amount paid will be provided minus 15% of operating expenses or will offer you other alternatives for consumption. Professional Excellence Corp.  It is not responsible for any airfare, travel or other participant expenses that may occur. If a course is canceled every effort will be made to notify participants at least 2 days before the course. Professional Excellence Corp. has the right to modify tuition costs, dates, content, presenters, or filing method at its discretion.

All outstanding balances must have been paid on or before starting the last training program class you are taking, if payment is not received prior to the last class, the participant who is in debt on any Lean, Lean Healthcare or Six Sigma, Yellow, Green, Black Belt or any of our other courses will not receive their certificate of participation or certificate of certification,  nor will the certification exam be given until you complete the full payment due.

If any course is oversold, participants who have paid before starting the course have priority for their space, space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and as they pay will be their reservation.
